The Projects Committee raises funds for charities or not-for-profit organisations which focus on the provision of education to, primarily, girls or women in Yorkshire.
For some years the Committee has helped the St Gregory’s before-and-after-school club in Seacroft. More recently funds have been donated to Settle, a self help group which provides education and counselling to immigrant women who have permanent residency in the country.
Funds are raised at the Coffee Morning in May.
